The core rules, responsibilities, and limitations that apply when you use UI2Code AI.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using UI2Code AI, you agree to these terms and to applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Access and License

Limited license

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal or business use, subject to these terms.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not

  • β€’ Reverse engineer the service or attempt to extract models or source code
  • β€’ Use the service to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
  • β€’ Bypass usage limits, rate limits, or access restrictions
  • β€’ Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data

You are responsible for

  • β€’ Reviewing and testing generated code before production use
  • β€’ Maintaining the security of your account and credentials
  • β€’ Complying with applicable law and third party rights

4. Service Limitations

No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that generated output will be complete, accurate, or fit for every use case.

AI output

AI systems are probabilistic. Output may vary, contain mistakes, or require manual correction and validation.

Availability

Downtime, latency, limits, feature changes, and dependency related interruptions may occur.

5. Intellectual Property

Your inputs

You keep rights to the content and materials you submit, as long as you have the right to submit them.

Our technology

We retain rights in the service, models, infrastructure, software, and related improvements.

Operational license

You grant us the rights needed to process your inputs and outputs for service delivery, support, security, and product improvement.

6. Liability

Limitations

  • β€’ We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law
  • β€’ You are responsible for reviewing generated code before relying on it in production
  • β€’ Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the applicable period where law allows

7. Updates and Contact

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
